The Patrol Division of the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department is made up for four rotating shifts. Each shift is supervised by a Sergeant and the entire division is supervised by the Patrol Lieutenant. The main duty of the patrol division is to respond to all calls in the county and to serve the process of the courts.
